REAGAN COUNTY, Texas — A routine traffic stop resulted in a drug seizure Thursday evening in Reagan County, according to a Reagan County Sheriff's Office Facebook post.
At 7:33 p.m., Reagan County deputies said they conducted a regular traffic stop for a vehicle that had a defective "head lamp," as well as a defective "tail lamp."
When deputies spoke to the driver of the vehicle, a K-9 unit was requested to conduct an "exterior free air search" of the vehicle which suggested there were drugs present.
Then deputies issued a probable cause search of the vehicle finding methamphetamines, a large assortment of pills, Marijuana, THC and some unidentified substances.
