MIDLAND, Texas — Midland Crime Stoppers has informed NewsWest 9 Tuesday that 36-year-old Courtez Black, wanted in Midland for sexual assault of a child, is confined in federal prison in Phoenix, AZ.
According to an updated release, the Midland County Warrants Division has put a detainer on him.
Black is no longer wanted.
