ECTOR COUNTY, Texas — A STEM Academy senior student was arrested Friday after he made a threat to bring a gun to school, according to the Ector County Independent School District.
The district stated that the senior told other students that he would bring a gun to school. Then, those students reported it immediately.
ECISD told NewsWest 9 that this is not related to the Nimitz Middle School lockdown that happened.
