MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland has told NewsWest 9 the name of a suspect, who was the subject of a MPD and SWAT Team search warrant on Tuesday night.
On Dec. 19, the City said MPD and SWAT Team went to the 1200 block of E. Wadley Ave. to execute a warrant for stolen guns.
The City told NewsWest 9 Tuesday night that the "suspect gave up without incident."
As of Dec. 20, NewsWest 9 was told MPD arrested 19-year-old Dymigeiaun Hall in regards to that warrant.
An arrest report shows that Hall was arrested in the area of 1212 E. Wadley Ave. Hall is currently in federal court waiting for the United States Marshall Service to pick him up.
No further information has been released at this time.
