ODESSA, Texas — An individual who was seen on surveillance footage spray painting racist and derogatory remarks on stores is wanted in Odessa, according to Odessa Police Department Corporal Steve LeSueur.
This happened at a strip center where DD's Discounts, Ross Dress for Less, Target, H-E-B, Rockin' Q Smokehouse and Micheal's Arts and Crafts were vandalized.
