ODESSA - The Ector County School District had their first meeting regarding boundary lines on Monday night.
The district's goal is to keep diversity in the schools.
Three different plans have been made for changing boundary lines.
Officials welcomed the public to come out and give their input on those plans.
The public in also invited to the three more meetings on the issue.
The next one is scheduled for this Thursday at Bonham Junior High from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.
there will be another meeting on Monday, September 15 at Bonham Junior High from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.
