MIDLAND, Texas — The Midland ISD Board of Trustees held their first meeting of the year Tuesday to discuss the new bond following the 2023 school bond election.
Things are moving forward as the district has started drawing up plans to build the new schools.
The plan is to build two new high schools, a new elementary school and provide upgrades to the pre-existing MISD schools.
Pfluger Architects will be a key part of the project.

MISD Board members are set to have their first bond meeting next Monday to go over logistics and designs of the new schools.
