MISD starting Pre-K tuition program

This is to help expand the number of Pre-K students. The program has a limited number of available seats for students, which have all been filled.

MIDLAND, Texas — With school just around the corner, Midland ISD has announced what they are doing to grow their Pre-K program.

MISD has started a Pre-K tuition program to help expand the number of Pre-K students. The program has a limited number of available seats for students, which have all been filled.

They are still accepting applications for students who are looking for a seat in the future. Parents can also still enroll their child for Pre-K right now, but they will just not be a part of this specific program.

This new program is just the start of their goal to keep growing and expanding.

"So, one of our goals is to continue expanding our Pre-K program and so I'm super excited that we are able to have this opportunity each year and we are super excited for what the plans will be moving forward in the next few years to come for continuing our growth and expansion in our pre-K program," said Early Childhood Director Kim Gaboa.
