ODESSA, Texas — UTPB will host its Kite Fest 2021 on April 16 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The first 100 students will receive a free meal ticket. The event will be held in the Library Parking Lot.
There will be food trucks, entertainment and stunt kites.
