A Fort Davis man is behind bars for sexually assaulting a child multiple times.
27-year-old Andres Alvarado was arrested on Wednesday for charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
According to an affidavit, authorities began investigating about two weeks ago.
They found that the 11-year-old victim was sexually abused by Alvarado multiple times from 2010 through April of this year.
The attacks took place at a home in the 300 block of South Sergeant Gonzales.
