ALPINE, Texas — Alpine ISD is closing for 14 days after being notified a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
All district campuses, offices and other facilities will stay closed until June 29.
Summer workouts and conditioning, as well as meal programs are suspended until further notice.
According to a statement from the superintendent, summer school is canceled through the summer for grades PK-8. High school students will continue virtual classes.
