TERLINGUA - A hoax bomb was dismantled on Thursday in Terlingua.
According to the Brewster County Sheriff's Office Facebook page, the bomb was wired to a gate.
After investigation, it was later determined to be fake and was dismantled with all components seized.
Officials say the issue stems from an ongoing dispute between some ranch residents and the Property Owners Association of Terlingua Ranch Inc.
