MIDLAND/ODESSA - A popular furniture store in town is closing their doors. Lack's is filing for bankruptcy.
Their closing down all of their stores including the ones in Midland and Odessa.
Over the next 45 to 75 days, they'll be having sales.
In a press release, the company says lenders are no longer willing to provide Lack's funding to finance customers' purchases, and that the lenders are asking for immediate payment of those loans.
