Arkansas fugitive arrested following indecent exposure call

ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Two people are behind bars following a call on Friday.

Odessa police said they were called out to the area of 10th Street and Dixie Boulevard in reference to an indecent exposure.

When officers arrived, they spotted a man walking on 10th Street that matched the suspect description and was with a woman.

The man was identified as Max Sibayan, 38, and the woman was identified as Lisa Horton, 50.

Police said an investigation revealed that an indecent exposure didn't occur but that both Sibayan and Horton were wanted.

Sibayan had two warrants out of Ector County and Horton had a felony warrant out of Arkansas for forger of check.

Both Sibayan and Horton were arrested and taken to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
