BIG SPRING, Texas — The city of Big Spring sent out a notice on their website stating on April 9, residents in the vicinity of Runnels, spanning from East 11th Place to East 18th Street, will encounter intermittent periods of reduced or absent water pressure due to ongoing maintenance work in the area.
