MIDLAND COUNTY, TX (KWES) - A Gatesville, Texas, woman is dead following an early morning rollover accident in Midland County.
The accident happened at 2:30 a.m. Thursday on FM 1788, about two miles south of Midland.
DPS Troopers tell NewsWest9, a 2005 Jeep Cherokee was traveling west on West County Road 160 when the driver disregarded a stop sign, drove through the intersection of FM 1788 , struck a fence and overturned the vehicle.
A passenger in the vehicle, Allison Paige Andrews, 25, of Gatesville, Texas, died in the accident.
The driver of the vehicle, Lindsay Clark, 27, of Midland, was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital. Her condition is unknown at this time.
