MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland have announced that all city of Midland offices will close at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
These offices include the MLK Jr. Community Center, Midland Health Services and Midland Animal Services.
Midland Animal Services will reopen for normal business hours on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All other office hours will resume on Monday.

For customer service, water, or sewer emergencies after-hours, use the emergency line at 432-685-7340. For payments after hours, visit Midland Utilities :: My Account Login (midlandtexas.gov) to pay online.
