MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland is letting the public know of a public hazard in Downtown Midland
The city is saying to please avoid the 100 block of West Cowden, 100 block of West Estes and 1100 block of north Main.
This is what officials are investigating:
"Midland Police and Fire are requesting the public to steer clear of the area between Main Street and Loraine Street due to chemicals found in a residence. HAZMAT is on-site to assess the potential for explosives." - City of Midland.
