ODESSA, Texas — The City of Odessa has announced a reconstruction project that spans from W. 2nd Street to W. Pool Road, with a full reconstruction of Crane Ave that includes the removal and replacement of plan-specified sidewalks, valley gutters, as well as new curbs and gutters, according to a press release from the City of Odessa.
Additionally, approximately 5,412 linear feet of water main lines will be replaced, along with 10 fire hydrants.
The project also entails installing sixty-one new mainline valves and replacing twenty manholes.
The projected cost of the project is $10,916,978. Work is expected to take 300 working days, starting on July 8, 2024, with substantial completion targeted for September 2025.
