CULBERSON COUNTY, Texas — A Culberson County Sheriff burned an estimated $100,800 worth of Marijuana recently as part of a destruct order.
Destruction orders are approved by going through a procedure that requires district attorneys to file motions before district judges. There are also a lot of documentation and filings required.
At this time, the Culberson County Sheriff's Office said they have an evidence room full of seized Marijuana that they soon plan on destroying.
