ODESSA, Texas — Another fire broke out at the Permian Basin Containers facility in Odessa, located at 81st and West County Road, according to a City of Odessa press release.
The first large structure fire occurred last month.
Odessa Fire Rescue got a call about a flare up at around 12:35 p.m. on Friday.
When crews arrived, they were able to put out the initial blaze.
According to the city, the fire continues to smolder under the collapsed building as of press time.
