ODESSA, TX (KWES) - An indecent exposure call ended with a fugitive behind bars in Odessa.
Odessa police were called out to Motel One on East Highway 80 Friday afternoon.
According to the report, a man, later identified as Jeffery Carter, 53, was in the swimming pool with no bottoms on.
Officers later found Carter and took him into custody.
An investigation revealed that Carter was wanted out of Howard County for two felony warrants.
Carter was taken to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center and is charged with burglary of a building (warrant) and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (warrant).
