ODESSA, Texas — Starting Tuesday, there will be a road closure, as contractors will set up barriers on eastbound lanes on Interstate Highway 20 over East Loop 338.
According to Texas Department of Transportation Public Information Officer MaryAnn Cedillo, the closure is set to last close to four weeks.
Starting Oct.11 through Oct.13, the loop is set to be closed to north and south traffic, with the anticipation of having traffic restored by Oct. 13.
With these closures East and West Frontage Roads will continue, but traffic going north and south will need to make right- or left-hand turns to either the east or west.
Cedillo encourages drivers "to plan their routes accordingly, and drive safely."
All time estimates on these closures are subject to change and are weather dependent.
