ODESSA, Texas — James Earl " Boobie" Miles Jr. was found not guilty by an Ector County jury on Wednesday in a domestic violence case, according to Miles' attorney Felix Neboh.
Neboh said that he was found not guilty on all three felony counts.
Court records show that he was facing two assault charges and one charge of violation of a bond order.
The former Permian High School standout football player is currently serving 13 years in prison for failing to register as a sex offender.
