BIG SPRING, Texas — Keep Big Spring Beautiful and "Don't Mess with Texas" will be hosting its 2023 Trash-off event on April 22.
There will be trash containers available at either the Heart of the City Park or the Dorothy Garrett Coliseum Parking Lot. Trash bags will be passed out to participants at the Coliseum Parking Lot in the morning.
