WEST TEXAS (KWES) - Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline has announced a two billion dollar project that will transport natural gas from the Permian Basin to other areas.
The pipeline, known as the Permian Highway Pipeline Project, would go from West Texas to the Houston and Corpus Christi areas, extending into the Mexico markets.
Backers claim the pipeline will be able to transport up to two billion feet per day of natural gas through 430 miles of pipeline.
Kinder Morgan expects the new pipeline to be in service by late 2020.
