MARFA, Texas — Teresa Todd formally resigned as the Marfa City Attorney on Oct. 23, according to the Mayor of Marfa, Manny Baeza.
Todd had been on unpaid leave since August 2022, after being arrested by the Presidio County Sheriff's Office and charged with a DWI.
Todd held the position for over 15 years. We will continue to update this story as we receive more information.
