MIDLAND, Texas — Midland Animal Services will be concluding its summer adoption special at the end of this week.
The adoption special is $20 and includes a microchip, rabies, and booster vaccinations (Parvo/distemper for dogs and FVRCP for cats). It also includes a $70 voucher towards the spay or neuter of the adopted animal.
