MIDLAND, Texas — MPD Sergeant Jeremy Swilling has been arrested for one charge of Retaliation by the Midland County Sheriff's Office.
MCSO responded to a disturbance on Monday where Sgt. Swilling apparently threatened the complainant.
Sgt. Swilling is currently on administrative suspension from the Midland Police Department.
