MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — Midland County residents got to have some coffee with their sheriff Thursday morning at the "Cup of Joe with the S.O."
The event was had at the Back in the Day Cafe from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Thursday.
Happening every month, "Cup of Joe with the S.O." helps the deputies connect and get to know their community.
And the community had some kind words for ECSO.
"The support that they have for law enforcement," Sheriff David Criner said when asked what people have said to them at the event. "The great job the sheriff's office is doing, and that they'll do anything we need we do if you need support, it's a blessing to have them come out here and give us extra support everyday that we're out here."
