MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — The Midland Fire Department along with other local volunteer departments responded to a fire early Sunday morning.
At about 6 a.m., MFD along with the Greenwood and Northeast volunteer fire departments responded to a fire southwest of the City of Midland inside Midland County.
The fire was in a vacant mobile home, according to the city, near the intersection of West County Road 116 and South County Road 1224.
No injuries and no occupants of the mobile home were reported. The cause of the fire is currently unknown and under investigation.
