MIDLAND, Texas — Midland ISD will be hosting a public hearing about the tax rate on Sept. 19.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Bowie Fine Arts Academy.
According to Midland ISD, the overall tax rate is currently at $0.8795 with $0.6595 for M&O and $0.2200 for I&S. Compared to the Tax Rate for 2022-2023, there is a reduction of $3.53 overall.
