MIDLAND, Texas — The Midland Police Department is asking for help locating a young man's family.
He was found unattended near Ward Street and Shandon Avenue. He is not able to communicate what his name is or where he lives. He is also believed to be around 13-17 years old.
According to the City of Midland, the teenager is currently with CPS.
