MIDLAND, TX (KWES)
A Midland woman caught on the run, who was first reported missing, is headed to trial.
Officials tell NewsWest 9, 53-year-old Judy Francis, also known as Judy Fryar, withdrew her guilty plea.
You may remember her family reported her missing last month.
But it turns out, she was wanted on wire fraud charges and not showing up in court.
Francis was caught in Coke County a few days later.
When she appeared in court, her bond was revoked.
Francis is still in custody.
