ODESSA, Texas — The Odessa City Council recently ratified a grant agreement between Liberty Oilfield Services and the Odessa Development Corporation.
According to a post from the City of Odessa, the grant will bring 1500 jobs, $515 million in payroll, and $34 Million taxable capital investment to Odessa over the next five years, while ODC will also give Liberty Oilfield Services $2.5 Million.
The ODC President Kris Crow said they are currently crafting agreements that will be reasonable financially for the city and getting back to the basics.
