ODESSA, Texas — Odessa Fire and Rescue responded to a structure fire late Friday night where they found a deceased victim inside, ECSO says.
According to the Ector County Sheriff's Office, at 10:46 p.m. Friday, OFR responded to the fire in the 1100 block of South Moss, just north of the Road Ranger.
Once there, they found a fully involved single-wide mobile home.
According to ECSO, due to fire condition, "this was a defensive attack from the start."
After the fire was knocked down, the deceased victim was found in the structure.
The fire and death are being investigated by the State Fire Marshal Office. ECSO is also assisting.
