ODESSA, Texas — The City of Odessa says Odessa Fire Rescue responded to a traffic accident at the East Loop 338 and Highway 80 at 3:22 p.m. on Monday.
Once OFR arrived, crews found a dump truck full of rocks that had rolled over.
According to the City of Odessa, the driver was headed northbound on Loop 338 and took the exit onto the Highway 80 and was driving too fast.
The driver was in and out of consciousness while being removed by OFR.
Once OFR removed the driver from the truck, he was rushed to Medical Center Hospital's Emergency Room.
His status is unknown at the moment.
