ODESSA, Texas — The Odessa Parks & Recreation and Share West Texas are offering a free canvas painting event for families with special needs today, February 23, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. located at Sherwood Community Building, 4819 N. Everglade Ave.
The event will be guided by artist Anna Celeste and will have a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere with pizza and fun for the whole family.
