ODESSA, TX (KWES) - The Odessa Police Department has released a new "High Five" most wanted list for this week.
The list features fugitives with multiple outstanding warrants.
Topping this week's list is Jesse Garcia, 29, with 23 warrants.
Following behind him are Karen Suarez, 30, and Paris Berry, 48, each with 12 warrants.
Rounding out the list are Joni Chancey, 48, with 10 warrants and Jessica Deleon, 28, with seven warrants.
