51-year-old Fidel Martinez

Odessa Police arrested Martinez on 6-27-15 at approximately 2252 hours for a theft warrant out of Ward County and two felony theft warrants out of Midland County. Officers responded to the 300 block of West Monahans in reference to a wanted subject with multiple felony warrants.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with a subject matching the suspect's description, identified as Martinez. Dispatch advised Martinez had three outstanding warrants for his arrest, including two felony theft warrants. Martinez was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the ECLEC.

23-year-old Lisa Subia

Odessa Police arrested Subia on 6-29-15 at approximately 0233 hours for Forgery – Failure to Appear (Warrant), a State Jail Felony. While patrolling the 1600 block of South County Road West, officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot. One of the occupants was identified as Subia.

Dispatch advised that Subia had a felony warrant out of Palo Pinto County for forgery. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Subia was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.

31-year-old Tavia Davis

Odessa Police arrested Davis on 6-29-15 at approximately 0320 hours for Possession of Cocaine "State Jail Felony", Driving While Intoxicated "Class B Misdemeanor", and Possession of Marijuana "Class B Misdemeanor". Officers observed a gray 2014 Ford Focus traveling northbound in the 2900 block of North Grandview at a high rate of speed.

A traffic stop was conducted on the listed vehicle and the driver was identified as Davis. While making contact with Davis, officers could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath. Davis was placed into custody for driving while intoxicated after failing field sobriety tests.

Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered cocaine on the floorboard near the driver's door. Officers also discovered marijuana in the glove box. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Davis was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the ECLEC.

34-year-old Matthew John Armendariz

Odessa Police arrested Armendariz on 6-27-15 at approximately 2205 hours for Theft of Property with at Least two Prior Convictions "State Jail Felony" and Possession of a Dangerous Drug "Class A Misdemeanor". Officers responded to 4101 East 42nd Street (Dillards) in reference to a shoplifter.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with Dillards personnel, who advised they observed a male subject conceal several items in a bag and exit the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. The stolen merchandise consisted of a shirt, a hat, a belt, and a pair of shorts totaling $234.

Investigation revealed Armendariz had multiple prior convictions for theft of property. Armendariz was also found to be in possession of Xanax pills and did not have a valid prescription for them. Armendariz was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the ECLEC.

27-year-old Cyle Louis Clark

Odessa Police arrested Clark on 6-27-15 at approximately 0600 hours for Possession of Methamphetamine, a State Jail Felony. Officers responded to 3727 Andrews Highway (High Plains Apartments) in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with one of the involved parties, identified as Clark.
