ODESSA, TX (KWES) - The Odessa Police Department has released their list of the five people with the most outstanding warrants.
Topping this week's list is Joshua Salinas, 27, with 32 outstanding warrants/
Following behind him are Chantay Dedrick, 34, with 12 warrants.
Rounding out the list are Ron Paul De La Rosa, 33, and Jamie Arthur Keith, 44, with 11 warrants and Crystal Marceleno, 29, with seven warrants.
