Odessa Police have released their newest “High Five” Most Wanted List.
Topping this week's list is Joe Vasquez, 21, with 16 warrants.
Following behind him is Daniel Zubia, 19, with 10 warrants.
Police are also trying to catch Jerrell Turner, Tiffany Williams and Jarvis Walker, Junior.
