ODESSA, TX (KWES) - The Odessa Police Department has released their newest outstanding warrants list featuring fugitives with multiple outstanding warrants.
Topping this week's list are Giovanni Leyva, 23, Antonio Dominguez, Jr., 34 and Kyle Jacob Armer, 26, with 12 outstanding warrants each.
Rounding out the list are Jose Parra, 33, with seven outstanding warrants and Johnny Trevino, 42, with six outstanding warrants.
