ODESSA, Texas — Odessa Fire Rescue is responding to a structure fire on West Citation Drive.
As of 10:30 a.m. the fire appears to be under control but crews are still working hot spots.
There is no word on the cause of the fire at this time. OFR says no one was injured but the house is a total loss.
The property was vacant at the time of the fire. Livestock on site will be taken care of by the Ector County Sheriff's Office.
A neighbor tells NewsWest 9 she heard a loud pop and saw the nearby mobile home engulfed in flames. Knowing there were propane tanks nearby she says she immediately called 911.
