ODESSA, Texas — The City of Odessa confirmed Tuesday that its systems to remain offline following a cyber incident last week.
According to a city news release, the outage is affecting all city departments, and there is no estimated time for restoring operations.
"Our city systems remain offline due to the recent cyber incident," the city stated. "In the meantime, you may pay your bills using money orders or checks by visiting Odessa City Hall at 411 W. 8th Street."
The city noted that bill payments must be made in the exact amount, as the network outrage has left staff unable to access account details.
"Rest assured, no late fees will be applied, and no services will be disconnected during this period," the city said.
