ODESSA, Texas — The Odessa Police Department is investigating a deadly crash that happened around 6:45 a.m. at 385 and Mercer Road.
The wreck involved three vehicles, one of which was an 18-wheeler.
OPD identified James Everett, of Odessa, as the person who died.
The driver of the 18-wheeler, Anthony Gallow, of New Orleans, was arrested for criminally negligent homicide, possession of meth and falsification of drug test results.
