ODESSA, Texas — The Odessa Police Department will be holding its neighborhood watch meeting on Oct. 24.
It will focus on domestic violence awareness and feature presentations from Safe Place of the Permian Basin, Crisis Center of West Texas and OPD Crime Victim Liaison.
The event will start at 7:00 p.m. in the OPD Classroom.
