PECOS COUNTY, TX (KWES) - The Pecos County Sheriff has released the mugshot of the Monahans teen that was charged in connection to a shooting death at the Imperial Reservoir on Friday.
Robert York, 17, was taken into custody after Pecos County Deputies found the body of Allen Mince, 53, of Odessa.
Mince was shot multiple times.
York was booked into the Pecos County Jail and is charged with 1st degree murder.
