REEVES COUNTY, Texas — The Texas Department of Public Safety reported that a fatal crash happened on Business BI-20 near mile marker 228 at 12:40 a.m. on Saturday.
According to the report, 29-year-old Pecos woman Katarina Franco, driving a 2011 Ford Focus, was going westbound on Business BI-20 when the vehicle veered off the road and rolled over.
Franco was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was partially ejected.
She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation into this crash is on-going.
