ODESSA, Texas — There's plenty of places in West Texas doing their part this Thanksgiving to the community.
One way to do that is by offering free meals.
Here's a list of places you can go in the Permian Basin:
Chef Alejandro Barrientos and his restaurant Curb Side Bistro are giving free Thanksgiving meals at both their Midland (607 N Colorado St) and Odessa (3816 Andrews Hwy) locations.
On Wednesday Nov. 22 at their Midland location and Thursday Nov. 23 at the Odessa location, you'll be able to get a free meal from the local restaurant.

The Midland Soup Kitchen is once again hosting their annual Thanksgiving meal for the 37th time.
The meal will take place on Wednesday Nov. 22 at 1401 Orchard Lane.
They'll serve turkey with all the fixings, along with pie.
Meals start getting served around 11:30 a.m.
Midland Soup Kitchen also announced they are fully booked for volunteers.
Addie's Diner located on 304 E Florida Ave is hosting a free Thanksgiving meal on Thanksgiving Day from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
They're also having a blanket and coat drive to give to people experiencing homelessness.
